Is your best-selling ring not available in our online store anymore? Do you want to order a favorite necklace and we only have a few more pieces?
Not to worry, you can pre-order almost any piece of jewelry starting from 50 pieces!
All special pre-order products are produced without the Yehwang logo. Please note that the packaging will still be imprinted with the Yehwang logo and name.
How to order?
If you don’t see your preferred items in the special pre-order category then select your products, contact our customer service and they will place the products in the special pre-order category.
Then place your order and 8-12 weeks from the order date your special pre-order will arrive into our warehouse after which we ship it to you right away.
Products in this category will be available for one week only, every Sunday at 24:00 hours the category will be refreshed and new items will be added.Please note that items in one order could be split up over several shipments.
Jewelry can be pre-ordered right away. For accessories and clothing we will first check the feasibility with our factories.
Do you want to place another order and you can’t find it in the special pre-order category anymore?
Just contact our customer service again and they will assist you to place a new order.
A product from the special pre-order category cannot be combined with products that are in stock or with pre-order products as lead times differ.
Please note that special pre-order products cannot be returned.
