Yehwang Product Imports International B.V. (hereinafter to be referred to as “Yehwang”), established in Ede, is responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this privacy statement.

Personal data we process
 

Yehwang processes your personal data because you use our services, because goods are bought or sold, or because you provide this personal data to us yourself. Below you find an overview of the personal data we process:

• - first and last name;
• - address;
• - phone number;
• - email address;
• - other personal data actively provided by you, for example, by creating a profile on our website, in correspondence, and by telephone;
• - bank account number.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
 

Our website and/or service does not have the intention to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless consent has been given by their parents or guardian. However, we are unable to check whether a visitor is aged 16 or over. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the  online activities of their children, to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without this consent, please contact us via helpdesk@yehwang.com and we will remove this information.
 

For which purpose and on which basis we process personal data
 

Yehwang processes your personal data for the following purposes:
 

• - handling your payment;
• - sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure;
• - being able to call or email you if this is necessary for the performance of our services or for dealing with a purchase or a sale of goods;
• - offering you the option to create an account;
• - delivering products and services to you.

How long we keep personal data 
 

Yehwang does not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary for achieving the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing of personal data with third parties
 

Yehwang does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. To ensure a same level of security and confidentiality of your data we conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf. Yehwang will at all times be responsible for this processing.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
 

Yehwang only uses technical and functional cookies, as well as analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is saved to your computer, tablet or smartphone at your first visit to this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical functioning of the website and your ease of use. They enable the website to function properly and remember e.g. your preferred settings. They also allow us to optimise our website. You can unsubscribe from cookies by adjusting the settings of your internet browser so that it does not store cookies anymore. You can also remove all information that was stored before through the settings of your browser.

Access to, adjustment or removal of data
 

You have the right to access, correct or remove your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any permission for the data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Yehwang and you are entitled to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to forward the personal data we have of you in a computer file to you or to another organisation, named by you. You can send a request for access, correction, removal, data portability of your personal data or a request for withdrawal of your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to helpdesk@yehwang.com. To make sure that the request for access was made by you we ask you to send a copy of your identity card together with your request. Black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (CSN) in this copy for the protection of your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks, to your request. Yehwang would like to point out to you that you also have the option to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the European Data Protection Supervisor. How we protect personal data
 

Yehwang takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate precautions to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised modification. If you feel that your data is not adequately protected or if there are any indications of misuse, contact our customer service or go to helpdesk@yehwang.com.
